After researching the availability and costs of Data Recovery and Computer Forensic services it was determined that there was a significant shortfall in this area. Combined with the high costs of having dedicated personnel and equipment, it was found to be unreasonable for most business, individuals and local law enforcement agencies to entertain the idea of providing these services in-house. Those companies and agencies that did enter into the foray of digital data recovery have found that the need far outweighs the resources available, and thus wait times to have services completed have become excessive.

Hidden Data Recovery Services (HDRS) is a brand new concept of readily providing data recovery, forensic analysis and data destruction services to not only businesses but also to local law enforcement agencies. HDRS also provides data recovery and destruction services at the consumer level, as well as a variety of highly customized training opportunities in the areas of data recovery, forensic analysis, and data destruction.

HDRS has been built from the ground up with the goal of providing the aforementioned services in a timely manner, and at reasonable costs. In an effort to meet this goal, HDRS was also created to allow for future franchise opportunities, which will ultimately place accessible data recovery centers in hundreds of cities across the United States.
